Update: Expanded Biomass Supply & New Silage Packing

Field Update: We’re Starting Silage Packing — Big Stocks of Sesame Straw, Ongoing Wheat Straw Baling & New biomass Keekar/Safeda Supply

Introduction — What’s happening at Babar Aziz Balers

We’ve been busy on the ground — expanding services, increasing inventory, and strengthening our supply chain to give mills and feed buyers the consistent, high-quality biomass they need. Here’s a quick update on everything that’s going on at our baling centers and the new land we’ve rented for chopping and silage operations.

1) New: Silage packing — coming soon

We’re installing silage-packing machines to begin supplying packed silage for livestock and specialized biomass users. Packed silage will let us deliver moisture-controlled, high-energy feed that stores easily and reduces spoilage compared with loose silage.

Why this matters

  • Consistent moisture and density for reliable feed value
  • Easier storage and handling for small and medium farms
  • Faster loading and delivery (palletised or bale formats)

What to expect at launch

  • Bulk & bale options (announcing sizes and minimum order quantities shortly)

2) Sesame straw — large stock ready to move

We currently hold large volumes of sesame straw (clean, sun-dried and quality-checked). Sesame straw is in huge demand for biomass boilers.

Key points

  • Available: baled or loose (custom bale sizes possible)
  • Quality: cleaned of foreign matter, moisture-checked and graded
  • Delivery: nationwide; export packing & containerisation available

3) Wheat straw baling — running as usual (and stronger)

Our core work continues: wheat straw baling across six centers. We supply local mills, warehouses, and exporters with consistent bale sizes and densities.

Highlights

  • Custom bale sizes (container-ready)
  • Quality controls include moisture measurement, bale density testing, and visual inspection for contamination
  • Keyword note: we continue to lead in wheat straw baling in Pakistan and as wheat straw balers, we guarantee timely, export-ready deliveries

4) Parali & seasonal bales — on demand

We bale parali (paddy straw) seasonally based on availability. When the crop window opens we activate extra shifts to ensure timely supply for biomass users. and we still have stock of parali available.

5) New land for chopping — Keekar Kanda & Safeda Chang supply

We’ve rented a dedicated land parcel for chopping and pre-processing thorny and dense biomass types:

  • Keekar Kanda (کیکر کنڈا) — thorny mimosa waste; excellent as high-bulk biomass after chopping
  • Safeda Chang (سفیدا چھانگ) — eucalyptus pruning waste; high calorific value when dried and processed

What we do on site

  • Chopping to uniform length for better combustion and easier handling
  • Drying and screening to reduce moisture before dispatch

Benefits to mills & buyers

  • Reliable quality even with unconventional biomass types
  • Reduced handling time onsite for mills (we deliver chopped, ready-to-feed material)
  • Alternative fuel options for boilers looking to reduce coal use or diversify feedstocks

6) Logistics & quality control — how we make supply reliable

  • On-field selection and moisture testing before baling or chopping
  • Generator backup, covered storage, and container sealing for export orders
  • Trip-by-trip documentation, weight slips and QC photos for every dispatch

7) How this helps you (mills, warehouses, feed buyers)

  • Consistent supply across seasons — especially for sesame straw and wheat straw
  • New silage product for livestock buyers (packed & ready)
  • Specialty chopped biomass (keekar, safeda) for boilers or co-firing projects
  • Fast mobilization — we can scale to trolley/container loads as required
