Bulk Biomass Supply — Babar Aziz Balers Pakistan

Babar Aziz Balers supplies high-quality agricultural straw — wheat, rice, peanut and chana straw — processed, baled and delivered for livestock feed and biomass. We source, inspect, bale, store and dispatch large volumes year-round from regional hubs (Jhang, Kacha Khu, Liaqatpur, Ahmadpur, Sukkur, Garhmore, Pindi Bhattian), offering consistent bundles in 10–30 kg sizes and bulk truckloads across Pakistan.

Key benefits

  • Ready-to-use straw for animal feed and biomass.

  • Tight, cubed bundles (10–30 kg) for easy handling — no forklift required for most loads.

  • Reliable year-round supply from our regional centers and partners.

  • Full pre-shipment testing (moisture, sand/dust) and transparent reporting.

  • Bulk logistics with nationwide delivery — minimum order one trolla (~30 tonnes).

Our step-by-step process

Process flow diagram: harvest → chop → bag/wrap → label/test → deliver

1) Sourcing & intake

We purchase most straw through trusted middlemen who collect material from farms and deliver it to the nearest processing centre. We prioritise the centre that consistently produces the best quality for that season and maintain sourcing relationships across Jhang, Kacha Khu, Liaqatpur, Ahmadpur, Sukkur, Garhmore and Pindi Bhattian.

2) Quality inspection on arrival

At intake we visually inspect colour and density, take random samples for moisture and sand/dust checks, and notify the buyer of any out-of-spec material in advance. For large single-lot purchases we take representative samples for more detailed checks.

3) Heavy-duty baling (our machines & method)

We use heavy hydraulic balers installed on-site (stationary, pit-style installation to handle large throughput). These balers produce cube-shaped bundles ranging from loose 10 kg bundles to compact 30 kg bundles. Each bundle is secured with wide plastic strapping (locally called “patti”) which provides superior hold and weather resistance compared with thin rope.

4) Packaging & protection

Bundles are banded for transport. For longer outdoor storage we cover stacks using traditional “lapai” (a top layer of damp earth) or store under shed cover to keep bales mold-free through the year.

5) On-site testing & transparency

We test moisture and dust content with handheld meters and standard checks; any abnormal sand or contamination is flagged and communicated to buyers. We adjust pricing or re-sort material when acceptable by mutual agreement.

6) Storage & inventory management

Properly stored straw maintains quality for up to 12 months. We manage bulk stock at our centres and will supply from our inventory or direct from farmer stocks depending on availability.

7) Dispatch & logistics

Minimum order is one trolla (≈30 tonnes). We work with national logistics partners to deliver across Pakistan. For larger or recurring clients we arrange scheduled shipments and invoicing terms after an initial paid order.

Comparison: Wheat Straw vs Corn Silage

Comparison: Wheat Straw vs Corn Silage
Feature Wheat & Other Straws Corn Silage
Primary use Roughage for feed, biomass fuel High-energy preserved feed for dairy/fattening
Moisture Low (dry bundles) High (vacuum-packed, ~60–65% when measured)
Handling Manual-friendly 10–30 kg cubes Vacuum bags 40–50 kg (requires careful handling after opening)
Storage life Up to 12 months if dry & covered Best used within weeks after opening; sealed bags last months
Digestibility Lower — needs mix with proteins for full nutrition Higher — rich, fermentable feed, improves milk yield
Typical buyers Warehouse owners, biomass plants, cattle sheds Dairy farms, fatteners preferring preserved feed

Feeding & handling notes

  • Wheat, rice, peanut and chana straws are best used as roughage or mixed with protein sources depending on nutritional needs — we can advise buyers on common rations.

  • Bundles are designed for manual loading and handling by labour; wrapped pallet loads for mechanised handling are available on request.

  • For feed use, keep bales dry and covered where possible; once bales are opened use promptly to avoid quality decline.

Quality control & traceability

  • On arrival and before dispatch we record lot details, moisture readings and inspection notes.

  • We inform buyers in advance of any noticeable sand/dust or minor moisture differences and offer price adjustments or re-sorting when feasible.

  • Because we handle high volumes and use pit-style heavy balers, our product is very consistent and suitable for warehouse owners, feedlot operators and biomass users.

Typical commercial terms & buyer support

  • Minimum order: ~30 tonnes (one trolla). Bulk orders only; no small trial orders unless a 30-ton paid sample is arranged.

  • Payment & scheduling: Standard payment on order for first-time buyers; flexible terms for established accounts.

  • Support: We provide handling and storage advice and are available for buyer queries — most buyers are experienced warehouse owners and feed traders, but we still offer guidance where needed.

  • Export: We supply both domestic and export customers; logistics handled through partners.
